| All Sirui products come with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. A warranty card is included with each product. |

| Warranty Repairs |
| SIRUI products that are purchased in Canada from our authorized retailers must be sent back to the store of purchase for service. We suggest that you contact the retailer first before sending the product back. |

For SIRUI products purchased directly from our warehouse or our online store, please e-mail sales@lensca.com to obtain an RMA number. Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused. The defective product must be shipped prepaid at the expense of the sender. The purchaser must return the product or the defective part(s), carefully packed with the RMA number clearly marked on the package and include proof of purchase (original receipt of purchase, serial number of the product, etc.) and a note describing the problem to our service department: |
